FAQs
When will I receive my bottle?
We pour a fixed amount of bottles each season & allocate a percent of these for new customers. These are allocated each Monday to the names who have been on our waitlist for the longest. As bottles become available 'as & when' we are unable to provide an exact delivery date, or a guarantee of receving one. You will not be charged unless a bottle is shipped to you AND you choose to keep it.
When will my card be charged?
We provide a complimentary 7 day trial period with every delivery. If you are allocated a bottle, we will ship this to you free of charge. Included is a free sample vial for you to try. Please try this first. If you are happy with the product, break the seal on your full size bottle & we will charge your card after your trial period. If it's not for you, return the package and your card will not be charged.
If i'm unsuccessful, will I have priority to the next batch?
Yes — by being on our waitlist for the current season, you will have pre-public access to our next seasonal batch. Unless the following batch produced is unable to provide additional public bottles beyond our current ledger, there is a high chance of receving a bottle on the next release.
Can I change my mind after joining the wait list?
Yes - you can remove yourself and your payment method at anytime.
