Cancellation policy

Our 14 night free trial:

Your 14 night trial will begin from the day you receive your package. Included in your delivery is a 3ml sample vial. We welcome you to try this, on us for 14 nights. This is yours to keep no matter if you remain on our ledger after the trial, or return the package to us.

If the formula resonates with your skin, break the seal on your full size bottle and we will charge your card on the 15th day. If not, simply initiate a return by emailing hello@nothingnasty.co.uk, return your parcel to us and your card will not be charged.

Cancelling your place on our ledger:

If you choose to stay with us after your trial, you may cancel your place on our ledger (your subscription to our seasonal delivery) at anytime inside of your customer portal. There is no minimum commitment.

Members may also choose to skip a seasonal delivery instead at anytime to reserve their space on our ledger (This ensure a bottle is still made for them the following season). You will not be charged for a skipped season.
