How does the 14 night free trial work?
Your 14 night risk-free trial will begin on the day the parcel is delivered to you. Included in your delivery is a 3ml sample vial of this season oil. Use this vial during your trial, it is yours to keep. If our formula resonates with your skin, break the security seal on your full size bottle. If not, keep it intact & return it to us hassle free and you won't be charged.
Why do you offer a free trial?
Skincare is a vast industry and can feel very overwhelming. We are incredibly proud of our formulation & believe you should be able to try a new product before committing to a full size. It also helps us to do our part to reduce delivery emissions & waste on excess packaging.
What happens after my trial?
If you keep your bottle after your trial, we'll charge your card on the 15th day. We'll then bill you once every 90 days thereafter (on the turn of the season). Each seasons delivery is unique & is charged at £65. You can pause of remove your name from our ledger at anytime.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. You can cancel from your account at any time before your next season is billed or alternatively pause / skip for a season. Please note cancelling will forfeit your place on our ledger & should you wish to return later on, you will need to re-join our waitlist.
